I agree with FF. You would be active even just lying there. I bet you are the type that I have to grab your hands to keep them away from your clit. Ebb and flow is the whole technique. For you to take yourself over the edge, spoils the effect. I actually wrote up a story about oral sex and posted it here on the forum some place.

Manda, do you (or anyone else) know of a good juicing company that tastes decent? I ordered some awhile back and had to literally stop my gag reflex. I still drank them because they are really healthy and I paid a lot of money for them! But next time around I want to try somewhere else. Any ideas? I don't have a juicer at home.

What happened to our food channel? (!) Manda, John and a few others come up with some really fine recipes.

If ya'll want to eat them of body parts that's fine. But...

This was started as a café of sorts. Coffee, newspaper and a healthy breakfast with scantily clad waitresses in a virtual setting. Of course that was after our Saturday night parties. I'm sure Manda cringed many a time at my breakfast request But she did point me & others to some better choices. Never the less some real good recipes have come out of here amongst all the kibitzing. There was some tog o war with the newspapers. It's a time zone thing.

If ya'll have a good recipe add it here. If ya'll are a bit groggy form partying @ the fire pit or mud bogging all weekend long. Stop by let Manda and the girls help you rehydrate.

BTW, Manda, Your best coffee of the day, (name it) some French toast made with free range chicken eggs & natural blueberry syrup of course. I don't like last nights race results so give the sport page to who ever.

G'day

Hey Grumpy!

Nice to see you and SugarBabe!

One hangover breakfast, coming up!

Deep Fried Breakfast Pizza with Sausage, Eggs, Parmesan, and Hollandaise
About This Recipe
Yield: makes 4 pizzas, serving 6 to 8
Active time: 1 1/2 hours
Total time: 1 day
Special equipment: wok or dutch oven for deep frying

Ingredients

16 ounces (about 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons) bread flour, plus more for dusting
.3 ounces (about 2 1/3 teaspoons) kosher salt, plus extra for assembly
.2 ounces (about 1 teaspoon) active dry yeast
11 ounces (1 1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons) water
2 quarts vegetable, canola, or peanut oil
1/2 pound raw bulk maple breakfast sausage
4 eggs
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup (optional)
2 ounces grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 recipe Hollandaise sauce, warm
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Procedures

1 Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Whisk until homogenous. Add water and stir with hands until dough comes together and no dry flour remains. Knead lightly for about 30 seconds, then cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 8 to 16 hours.

2 Turn dough out onto lightly floured board and using floured hands, divide into four pieces. Form each piece into a ball and place on floured board, leaving a few inches of space between each ball. Cover with plastic wrap or with a moist, clean dish towel. Let rise for two hours.

3 When dough has risen, preheat broiler to high heat with the rack set about 6 inches below the broiler element. Place a 10-inch cast iron or stainless steel skillet under the broiler. Add oil to a wide wok or Dutch oven and heat over high heat to 350°F, as registered on an instant-read or deep-fry thermometer. Adjust flame to maintain this temperature.

4 On a lightly floured bowl, stretch or roll one dough ball into a disk about 10-inches in diameter. Using your fingertips, make a dozen to 18 small holes in the stretched dough, leaving the outer 1-inch intact.

5 Carefully lower dough into hot oil, using a wire mesh spider or large metal spatula to keep it submerged. Fry until puffy and lightly crisped on bottom side, about 45 seconds. Carefully flip the dough with tongs and cook until second side is crisp, about 45 seconds longer. Carefully remove hot skillet from under broiler and set on stovetop. Flip dough back over and transfer to pre-heated skillet.

6 Scatter 1/4 of sausage over top of pizza, leaving a 1-inch border all around and a 2-inch wide hole in the center for the egg. Make sure sausage pieces are no more than 1/4-inch in size, or they will not cook through. Break egg into center of pizza, drizzle sausage with maple syrup, then sprinkle entire pizza with 1/4 of Parmesan. Transfer to broiler and cook until edges are charred (this will happen much faster than with a normal pizza), and egg is set but still liquid in the center, about 1 1/2 minutes.

7 Drizzle finished pizza with hollandaise and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately, then repeat steps 4 through 6 for remaining pizzas.

Hi Honora, I left you a note about the Kale, :D

I'm going to look into a few things for you. I am not much of a juicer, mostly because of the calories, but I have some things that might be simple to start with. A good multivitamin is always a good starting point. http://www.centrum.com/centrum-women These are not to pricey and work fine for most of us. :) Vitamin D is low in most people and so important, I take 5000 units a day and if I skip a few days I don't worry. I just had blood work done and I think that was one of the things they checked so I can see if I am where I should be. I take a fish oil supplement too. These are fine and one third the cost of bigger brands. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/nature ... =sku381794 Calcium, I take two of these 600 mg a day and they have a little vitamin D with them too. :D http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/nature ... sku3949475 I take Co Q-10 as an antioxident twice a day 100 mg too. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/nature ... sku3429607 At least 3-4 times a week I'll take my wheatgrass extract to keep everything smooth, lol. No, Thinker not that way lol! I stop by this place by my house where they juice it to go. :) Most hate it but I like it LOL! Another nice suppliment is DHEA, which I think helps my mood a little by balancing some hormone levels. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/natrol ... =sku373378 I take 50 mg a day but I skip here and there.

I don't have this juicer blender but a few of my girlfriends do and this is probably the nicest one for making a lot of different things. It's not cheep but it is easy to use. http://www.blendtec.com/blenders/total- ... AtH78P8HAQ I'm about to tip over so I can finish later, I still have some things I want to look up for you. xoxo

:D :D :D :D :D

Hey Manda,

I love your profile pic; you have quite a healthy, sexy body! You mentioned Co Q10--here is a dirty little secret about statin drugs. While they lower cholesterol, they also deplete your cells of Coenzyme Q10. EVERYONE who takes statins should also take this supplement.
#46039
Manda, how did you know that my mind would go there? I thought I was much more complicated than that.

I do take exception to taking Vit-D pills. I would rather be outside naked to help my body make its own Vit-D. Being naked is much more fun anyway! (I am going to a nudist resort this weekend for a 5K. Lots of Vit-D in my future!)
#46736
Thinker, that tells me you actually read the whole thing! Thank you! Xo.

Honora,

Back to the juicing, if there is one thing I recommend every day for juicing for overall well being it is fresh ginger root juiced for inflammation and joint problems. I have a Jack Lalane juicer that I got for under one hundred dollars and it works perfect for fresh ginger root. :)

Peach Salsa I made yesterday. Not exactly breakfast fixin's but good just the same. And almost all the ingredients came from the local farmer's market. No additives or preservatives and the only sugar was some honey. Ended up with 6 pints after canning.

Thanks, Manda and Grumpmeister. I haven't yet opened a jar after I canned it... but it looks good. And the batch I made last year WAS good. I was going to post a pic of it canned... but I made labels for it with my complete name and I thought that posting it might not be such a good idea. :? :?

Grumpy, Fresh ginger root juiced is a great natural treatment for joint inflammation. Give it a try? Xo :D
#47145
Hay there Manda,

I did inform Sugar about your suggestion with the ginger root. Do you mix it with anything or straight up?

I came across some articles a few years back I had forgotten about. You may find them interesting as your always exploring natural healthy remedies. They have something to do with coconut oil helping with dementia, altzimer (sp) along with other brain functions. http://www.cbn.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and http://www.mercola.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

PAUL; if your reading this, I know you have an interest in natural herbal medicine, check it out and see what you think.

Later guys

Straight up. I try to do one shot glass of ginger a day either my own juice or I stop by juice place near my house. I call ahead and its ready for me. I like my wheat grass double shot every day too. :D

LOL Thank you Thinker! You can massage me any time, he he. I'm all congested still, that might help?

I wanted to test the flash waters and see how it went. I really think the flashes poofing so fast is a turn off for me. I tried this morning to reply to some comments and couldn't get it to work right. I'll try again.

I just took this one. No laughter now!

Manda, I have several strokes for the head and neck. Cannot say it will cure you, but it should feel better. The best thing that you could do while I massaged you is to fall asleep on me. Hope you don't mind if I plant kisses all over while I massage. I cannot resist, especially with you!

BTW: Love that smile. It is infectious. I am smiling just thinking about your smile!

Awe, you guys are the best! My sinuses drove me dizzy this weekend, I hope you all had nice ones?

How was the ride Thinker?

Hope you had fun!! 8-)
#48424
My ride was very good. Thought I could do it in 6 hours. The 72-mile course had 3 Category 5 hills. The 50-mile course skipped the hills. The hills took their toll just a little more than I thought. I still had 6 miles to go at the end of 6 hours. Was going to finish in 30 more minutes when my leg cramped up. :( So close.

Poor thinker!!! Did you keep hydrated and up on your electrolytes? Honestly, who cares? You had fun and a great experience! That's all that matters!! I'm glad for you!!! You need a nice relaxing bath and massage after that! :)

A massage would have been very welcome. I ended up going to a skinny dip that evening which let me keep moving. Still, you massaging me would have been very nice.

I am way late but how about a fun recipe for Football or any sport or party!

Low Cal COFF Caramelized Onion Dip

A quick and easy, great low calorie healthy dip alternative. Try it! :D

Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cups chopped onion (about 2 large onions)
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/3 cup (about 1 1/2 ounces) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/3 cup (3 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, any kind
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Begin by heating the oil in a large nonstick pan, medium-high heat. Coat the pan and add chopped onion and thyme to your pan.

Sauté for about ten minutes or until golden brown. Ok, now reduce your heat to low and cook another twenty/*88 minutes or until onions are deep golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove onion mixture from heat. Add sour cream and the remaining ingredients, stirring until blended and cheese melts.

This should be a total yum!
